Light-gauge steel, load-bearing and non-load-bearing.

Shaft wall assemblies

Fire-rated assemblies

Type X and Type C, to the listed UL design.

  • 1-hour and 2-hour rated partitions
  • Type X and Type C gypsum board
  • Head-of-wall and joint firestopping coordination
  • Fire taping to Level 1 in concealed spaces

Acoustic assemblies

STC-rated partitions that actually test out.

  • Resilient channel and sound isolation clips
  • Double-stud and staggered-stud assemblies
  • Acoustic batt and mineral wool infill
  • Acoustic sealant at perimeter and penetrations

Ceilings

Suspended grid, drywall ceilings, and clouds.

  • Acoustical tile (ACT) grid and tile
  • Drywall ceilings, soffits, and coffers
  • Floating clouds and light coves
  • Seismic bracing per CBC

Insulation

Thermal and acoustic, installed with the wall.

  • Fiberglass and mineral wool batt
  • Rigid board at exterior assemblies
  • Sound attenuation blankets
  • Coordinated so it is never the reason a wall gets reopened

Plaster & stucco

Exterior sheathing, lath, and three-coat stucco.

  • Exterior gypsum sheathing and weather barrier

  • Patch and match on existing envelopes

Tenant improvements

Occupied-building work, phased and after hours.

  • Phased demolition and buildout
